The entire property is examined using thermal imaging to pinpoint air leakage, missing insulation, or poorly insulated areas in floors,ceilings and walls. After a Infrared Energy Audit our examiner will produce a detailed written report that shows where problems were found, along with recommendations on what should be done to address each issue. The price for this is $275 for a walk through only. To add a client report and instructions, the price is $400.00.
